This was an exciting journey into the world of high-end German flat-pack construction, and an absolute delight to partner with both Webber Haus and our fun loving clients. Our mission was to create a truly unique house, seamlessly blending elements of Miami design with a relaxed French flair. We integrated custom design composites to create a carbon-neutral smart home that reflects not just the personality of our clients but the essence of who we are and what we do.

Every element of the home was designed, scheduled, and specified in advance for pre-fabrication in Germany – requiring meticulous planning from the Project One team. This turnkey design package included kitchens, bathrooms, lighting schemes, full electrical layout and a state-of-the-art smart home solution powered by Control4 – executed with absolute precision.
Brands such as Sub Zero, Gaggenau, Armani Rocca, and Grohe were paired with bespoke design composites and original Project One detailing to elevate a modular structure into a high-performance, custom-made luxury residence that feels anything but flat-pack.
The Kitchen
At the heart of the home sits a custom-welded kitchen island, constructed on-site to create a sculptural centrepiece. Cabinetry features a rich petrified oak veneer – chosen to soften the precision of the build with natural texture and warmth.
The Bathroom
Playful meets precision across the bathrooms. In the children’s spaces, bold tile geometry and expressive paint wraps add personality and movement. For the adult suites, clean lines and exacting finishes deliver spa-grade sophistication earning one bathroom the “Best British Bathroom – Luxury Category” at the DesignerKB Awards.
Lighting Design
Lighting played a starring role in shaping the mood and identity of 19LA. Pieces from Bocci, Cameron Design House, David Groppi, and Lee Broom create layered ambiance and moments of visual delight throughout the home. A whimsical light-holding monkey greets guests at the entrance, hinting at the home’s playful spirit and sense of surprise around every corner.
