TY DRAW BIO
Within a compact footprint, we integrated a utility room, WC, wine room, bar area, sink, cooking zone, central island, dining space, and a TV snug-all supported by 14 RSJs and countless real-world construction solutions. A newly formed courtyard offsetting the garden’s elevation has added a fresh, open-air dimension to how the home is enjoyed.

The Lifestyle Kitchen
Storage cabinetry in sprayed MDF houses the home’s data racks, long-term storage, and food larder – delivering utility without compromising the design aesthetic.
Main Living space
The living area blends comfort with considered design. A custom French-polished media wall, detailed with brass accents, mirrors the bespoke splashback in the kitchen to create visual unity. Control4 automation controls 15 lighting zones and enhances the home’s seamless audiovisual experience.
A hide-and-slide bar area-designed for two-creates the perfect triangle between the kitchen and wine room, offering a sociable yet sophisticated entertaining space.
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
The master suite introduced several firsts for Project One. The WC features our debut “5th wall” mirrored stainless steel ceiling – reflecting a textural tile that wraps up from the walls to create an immersive, cocoon-like effect while concealing lighting and ventilation.
ENTRANCE AND HALLWAY
Designing the hallway to accommodate 11 distinct zones was both a challenge and a joy. The result is a cohesive, flowing space that now serves as a functional transition to the ultimate master suite. Lighting from Bocci and Cameron Design House adds softness and movement, framing the journey to a room designed in our signature ‘smile-to-sleep, wake-to-wonder’ style.

We used the services of Project One initially in 2017 to reimagine and remodel our kitchen, family room, utility room and hallway. The designs presented were outstanding and were nothing we could have envisioned ourselves. We took a leap of faith and although the process was terrifying, seeing your home taken back to the brick. The end product was an incredible, award winning space that we could never have dreamed of. Every detail in the design was thoroughly thought through, placement of sinks drawers etc. There is nothing I would change. Highly recommend.
