When you are going for a refurbishment we already know you want change. But this is your chance to put your stamp on your property. We’ll therefore dedicate time, more than you might imagine, to finding out exactly how your lifestyle interacts with space, what’s missing before, what’s possible afterwards.

2. Reimagining your space

When we know the real you, we can get creative. We follow a six-wall concept, bringing in the floor and ceiling and making them as important as the vertical walls when considering your space, adding further depth and possibility to any room.

We eschew the idea of cabinet and unit-based design, thoroughly entrenched elsewhere in the design and build world – it is limiting and leads to compromise. And equally, with refurbishments, forget what is there now – we have the engineering skill to transform anything. So let’s get a blank canvas, and start designing.

3. Collaborative design

We have the experience and craftsmanship, but it is you who will live there; so you are very much part of the design team for your refurbishment. At this stage, our discussion can be illuminated by mood boards and schedule of goods.

We’ll discuss budget and hone in on your ideal refurbishment; and once signed off we can commence works.

4. Craftsmanship & materials

We are master craftsmen building everything bespoke for you, so there really are no limits. Combine this with our access, including exclusive access in some cases, to the finest interior brands and you start to realise just what can be achieved: Armani:ROCA, Gaggenau, Wolf, Sub Zero and many more.

5. Craftsmanship & materials

When it comes to refurbishments you know that there will be some heavier construction involved. We have one of the most experienced engineers retained in-house, and can find an amazing solution to any conundrum. All structural work is carefully concealed and believe us, we tend to work with a lot of steel to turn your dreams into reality.

6. Installation and transformation

Once the works are signed off we work efficiently to get the project complete to the agreed timescales. We know you will be keen to move in and in some cases it will be a necessity by a certain date. We are happy to engage with you as much as you are comfortable with – whether that is a handful of WhatsApps or you would like to make site visits to witness the progress
