Park Road
This was a true SOS project. Frank & Laoise were 4 years into a project with their chosen contractor before the cracks started to appear and when they did the whole project fell through them. We love these guys so we donned our design and build superhero capes and went all out producing one of our proudest projects to date.
The Brief
Was to undo the damage and deliver a contemporary Victoria refurbishment that worked for family life and social gatherings integrating Contro4, a huge art collection, 2 cats and 2 dogs.
The Process
We took the only sensible option when bad design is half finished. We carefully removed it all, relocated it to the garden and went guy fawks on it. We re-engineered, re-wired, re-plumbed and installed custom Project One kitchen, bedroom & closet joinery along with the very best in Control4 smart home.

The Design
We love brass and book matched marble and when you throw both of these materials together you get the mind blowing bespoke kitchen island complimented with Gagganau 200 series ovens. The master bedroom suite is home to our most adventurous panel ceiling detail. The combined closet wet room is in one of our favourite joinery materials with custom twin sink and mirror detail.
