The Brief
Create a kitchen lifestyle extension to enhance family interaction with a functional kitchen flow ideal for a dedicated home chef whilst connecting to the garden space for chilled family weekends.
The Process
It always starts with planning permission, which we always get. This was sizeable engineering with the steels designed into the walls to make an industrial statement with exposed engineering brick.

The Design
If big islands are wrong, we don’t want to be right. This was one of our true luxury industrial designs. We softened the exposed engineering brick and steel work with organic surfaces, the stainless steel splash backs lift the space with mirror shine goodness. The kooky thing in this project is the hidden utility room which sits in side bookshelf joinery wrap.
